How do I exchange or return an item?

Items purchased on ToBeBlossom.ru (excluding partner items) that do not meet your expectations (fit, size, color) can be returned within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase. Exchanges are processed through the return procedure.

To initiate a return, you need to:

  1. Call 8 (800) 707-28-30 or email sales@tobeblossom.ru to express your intention to return the item.
  2. A return request form will be sent to your email. You will need to fill it out, scan or photograph it, and send it back.
  3. The return request must be sent within 14 days of the purchase date.
  4. Send the return item to: Podolsk, Stationnaya St., 22, Bld. 1a
  5. If using a courier, include the following in the package:
    • the items
    • the packaging and tags
    • the signed return request form
    • the cash or goods receipt (if available)
  6. Wait for an email confirmation that the return has been received. The refund will be processed within 14 calendar days of the item's arrival.

  • If a representative is returning the item on your behalf and the return request includes the client's bank details (for refund), a notarized power of attorney must be presented. Without it, the item will not be accepted for return.
  • If a representative is returning the item on your behalf and the return request includes the representative's bank details (for refund), the refund will be made to the representative's account. A notarized power of attorney is not required in this case.

* You can return an item without a receipt, and we will do our best to identify it for a refund. However, the company reserves the right to request additional proof of purchase. If you do not provide it, we may have to refuse the refund.

** Returns can be made within 14 days of the purchase date.
