How do I exchange or return an item?
Product ordered on ToBeBlossom.ru (other than partner products) and not suitable for any reason (style, size, color), can be returned within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase. The product is exchanged through the return procedure.
To make a refund, you need to:
- Call 8 (800) 707-28-30 or email [email protected] about the intention to return the product.
- To your e-mail will be sent to the sample of refund request, according to which you will need to write your application, then scan or photograph it and send a return letter.
- The date of sending your application must be within 14 days from the date of purchase, not counting the day of purchase.
- Next, you will need to bring the returned product to the address in Kutuzovsky Prospekt 36, p. 7A, Moscow, 121170.
- Be sure to include the following in the shipment:
- goods
- packaging and tags
- signed application for refund
- Wait for the notification by e-mail about the receipt of the return to the warehouse. The funds will be transferred within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods at the warehouse.
